Hi,

I am offering a cozy and fully furnished flat for rent in a 2-room flat, conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Holstenstraße train station. The room is available for the period from March 23th to April 13th, 2025.

The bedroom is about 22qm with beautiful wooden floorboards. The room is fully furnished, with a loft-bed, a wardrobe, a book shelf, a desk, tables, a sofa, two chairs and a standing lamp. The room is part of a shared flat, and the tenant will be sharing the space with my flatmate. In the kitchen there is a balcony facing the backyard. Smoking is not allowed in the room.

Kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished and equipped with all necessary utensils (cutlery, plates, bowls, pots, pans, kettle, etc.). There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a lovely small balcony facing the backyard.

The apartment is located near the S-Bahn Holstenstr. (about 7 minutes). The bus 3 leaves from Kaltenkircher Platz less than a minute away.

It is 3 stops to Hauptbahnhof and 2 stops to Uni Hamburg (S Dammtor).
You can get to Sternschanze by bike in 5-10 minutes or one stop by train.
The bus 3 goes directly to U Feldstraße or into the city (Mönckebergstraße).
The buses 20, 25, 138 go from Holstenstr. directly to Altona.
In the other direction, the buses 20 and 25 go to Eppendorf/Winterhude.

Shopping are super convenient, our flat is directly opposite to Rewe and DM. At the S-Bahn Holstenstr, there is an Edeka. And towards Bahrenfeld, there is a large Kaufland.

I rent the room for 400 Euros for the period from March 23th to April 13th, 2025. (everything included: electricity, heating, water, internet, furniture) and the deposit is 200 Euros.
