From February 1st I am offering my beautiful new apartment (3 rooms) in Eppendorf (behind UKE) Hamburg for a period of 6 months, fully furnished, for interim/subletting.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. UKE is 2 minutes walk, Eppendorfer Park can be reached in 8 minutes. Eimsbüttel, Lokstedt are right around the corner, and there are many places to go for a walk. Edeka, ALDI can be reached in 4-5 minutes on foot. Budni, DM and pharmacies are also very close.

The nearest subway stations are Hoheluft, Kellinghussen and Hagenbecks Tierpark. Bus 5 (Brunswerg) is all about 5-10 minutes away on foot. Buses on lines 22 and 25 at Offerkamp, ​​for example, are even closer.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. From the balcony you can see as far as the UKE, and you can also regularly admire the cathedral fireworks.

Bicycle storage, stroller storage and garage are available on request.

Daycare centers and playgrounds are on the doorstep.

The bedroom is quietly located at the back, but all the other rooms are also pretty quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher.

I rent the apartment for a fixed price including all additional costs (GEZ, internet, electricity, water, heating). The heating costs are capped. This means a generous amount is included. If consumption exceeds this amount, additional payments must be made.
