I'm renting this 2 rooms apartment located in a very nice and calm neighborhood in Heidelberg Rohrbach for a month, 1/03/2025 - 31/03/2025,as I'll be out of town. the place is very clean, and I also expect it to be maintained. many means of transport and facilities around :
it's 5 min from the tram station of the lines 23(to Bismarckplatz) and 24(to Hauptbahnhof and university) also 5 min from the line 33( Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt) and 29(Bismarckplatz). it's 10 min from the S-Bahnhof Rohrbach/Kirchheim
netto and lidl 5 min
the big Rewe center, Aldi and dm are 10 min from here, and also kaufland
it's one station from Rohrbach Markt
the rent is 950 euros (+200euro deposit that will be fully refunded if no damage is made)
smoking, parties are not allowed
tv, Internet included
washing machine
I'm looking for someone with the sense of cleanliness and tidiness. (if the property is not given back clean then the cleaning fees of 70 € will be debited from the deposit
