one month sublet in peaceful area with all amenities

Hello,
I would like to sublet my apartment for ONE MONTH, due to my business trip abroad.
Anmeldung - not possible due to temporary rent.

House: it is Einfamilienhaus divided half. The owners live on the other side.

Biggest perk: It is just 2 mins walk to the Hallenbad Köpfel. It is nice to swim there. There is tennis court as well.
Theres a very nice mountain area as well with proper river and everything. I go to walk there very often. Feels heavenly. The view from surroundings are breathtaking too. So, if you are into mountains and quiet atmosphere, this house is for you. Otherwise, please note that it takes bus no36 30-40minutes to reach here from city center.

Amenities: Furnitures - sofa (not in picture), working desk, small cupboards, as a bed theres floor mattress(you are welcome to bring your own stuff)
Kitchen equipments: dishes, cooking equipments, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, water boiler etc.
Basically you can stay here comfortably because it has everything.
I also have some plants outside, please water them occasionally.
