Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Campus, 4 Gehminuten zur Mensa und 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und Kaufland . Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete und funktionale Küche (inkl. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank). Die Kosten für die Küche betragen 400 Euro. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen schönen Balkon mit viel Sonnenlicht, auf dem Sie im Sommer entspannen oder Ihre Kleidung trocknen können.
Das Gebäude ist neu und wurde 2018 erbaut. Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk des Gebäudes und verfügt über eine sehr gute Schalldämmung. Strom, Heizung und Parkplatz sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Ich möchte auch mein Sofa und meine Waschmaschine verkaufen, die erst 2 Jahre alt und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand sind. The apartment is right next to the campus with 4 minutes walking distance to Mensa and 5 minutes walking distance to station and Kaufland.
