Die Wohnung liegt in fußläufiger Nähe zur Haltestelle Scharnhorststraße (3min, Bus & Bahn -> 8min Fahrt bis zum Löbdergraben/Holzmarkt), Rewe (3min), Lidl (6min), OBI (10min) und zum Saalbahnhof (8min). Auch zur ThULB oder zum UHG kann man in 20min laufen.
Bis zur ersten Etage sind es nicht viele Treppenstufen, aber es kann auch niemand im Vorbeilaufen durch's Fenster gucken - also ideale Lage der Wohnungsetage. :)
Es gibt einen Balkon und die Umgebung ist relativ ruhig und angenehm.

The flat is within walking distance of the Scharnhorststraße stop (3min, bus & train -> 8min journey to Löbdergraben/Holzmarkt), Rewe (3min), Lidl (6min), OBI (10min) and the Saalbahnhof (8min). You can also walk to the ThULB or the UHG in 20min.
There are not many steps up to the first floor, but nobody can look through the window while walking past - so the flat is ideally located. :)
There is a balcony and the neighbourhood is relatively quiet and pleasant.

Die Wohnung wird von Anfang Mai bis Ende Juli vermietet. Die exakten Daten liegen noch nicht fest, werden aber ergänzt.
Perfekt ist die Wohnung für ein Pärchen, aber auch alleine ist es natürlich möglich, sie zu mieten.
Wir suchen ruhige und saubere Mieter:innen, die gewissenhaft mit den Möbeln umgehen.
Wichtig wäre, dass ihr in den drei Monaten auch regelmäßig unsere Pflanzen gießen könnt.

Die Ausziehcouch lässt sich auf eine Größe von 1,40m x 2m ausziehen und wird dein/ euer Bett sein. Die Miete versteht sich als Gesamtmiete inklusive aller Kosten (Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom, Heizung).

The flat will be let from the beginning of May to the end of July. The exact dates have not yet been finalised, but will be added.
The flat is perfect for a couple, but it is of course also possible to rent it alone.
We are looking for quiet and clean tenants who take good care of the furniture.
It would be important for you to be able to water our plants during the three months.

The sofa bed can be pulled out to a size of 1.40m x 2m and will be your bed. The rent is the total rent including all costs (utilities, internet, electricity, heating).
