Zwischenmiete 2, 5-Zimmerwohnung in der Südstadt

Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes möchte ich mein schönes Zuhause im Kölner Süden für einen Monat vollmöbliert untervermieten. Die 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Südstadt auf der Severinstrasse und ist insgesamt 75 Quadratmeter groß.

Es gibt ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Esstisch, von dem das Arbeitszimmer durch einen Durchgang getrennt ist (evtl. bauen wir noch eine Schiebetür ein, je nach Bedarf!). Das schöne und ruhige Schlafzimmer hat genau wie die vollausgestattete Küche Anschluss an den Balkon. Dieser ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass es dort den ganzen Tag über ruhig ist. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einer Dusche ausgestattet. Einen genauen Eindruck könnt ihr euch ja durch die Bilder verschaffen.

Direkt vor der Haustür findet ihr alle Bequemlichkeiten des Stadtlebens: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sind nur wenige Minuten fußläufig entfernt, die Bahnhaltestelle Severinstraße (Bahnlinie 3,4,17,14) und Chlodwigplatz (Bahnlinie 15, 16, 17) ebenso. So könnt ihr in wenigen Minuten in Ehrenfeld, der Innenstadt oder dem Strand in Rodenkirchen sein. Im Severinsviertel selbst gibt es sehr viele gute und gemütliche Restaurants und Bars, bei Interesse teile ich gerne meine Tipps mit euch!

Ich hoffe, ihr habt Verständnis dafür, dass ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 1500€ angesetzt habe. Über die letzten Jahre habe ich es mir mit vielen persönlichen Einrichtungsgegenständen in der Wohnung schön gemacht und viele Gedanken und Mühe investiert. Deswegen bitte ich euch zu respektieren, dass keine Partys in der Wohnung stattfinden können und rauchen innerhalb der Wohnung nicht gestattet ist(!) (sorry, das muss ich aus Erfahrung schreiben). Wir sind uns aber sicher, dass wir das alles unkompliziert miteinander geregelt bekommen und natürlich sollt ihr euch bei uns wohl fühlen!

Due to a stay abroad, we would like to sublet our beautiful home in the south of Cologne fully furnished for one month. The 2.5-room flat is located in the heart of Südstadt on Severinstraße and is 75 square metres in size.

There is a large, bright living room with couch and dining table, from which the study is separated by a passageway (we may install a sliding door, depending on your needs!). The beautiful and quiet bedroom has access to the balcony, as does the fully equipped kitchen. This faces the inner courtyard, so it is quiet there all day long. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. You can get an exact impression from the pictures.

You will find all the conveniences of city life right on your doorstep: shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away, as are the Severinstraße train stop (lines 3, 4, 17, 14) and Chlodwigplatz (lines 15, 16, 17). So you can be in Ehrenfeld, the city centre or the beach in Rodenkirchen in just a few minutes. There are many good and cosy restaurants and bars in the Severinsviertel itself, if you're interested I'll be happy to share my tips with you!

I hope you understand that we have set a deposit of 1500€. Over the last few years, we've made the flat look nice with lots of personal furnishings and invested a lot of thought and effort. We therefore ask you to respect the fact that no parties can take place in the flat and that smoking is not permitted inside the flat(!) (sorry, I have to write this from experience). However, I am sure that we will be able to organise everything without any complications and of course you should feel comfortable with us!
