Zwischenmieter

für meine gemütliche, möblierte Wohnung in der begehrten Kölner Südstadt. Diese Wohnung ist ein echtes Schmuckstück – lies bitte die Anzeige aufmerksam, da Standardanfragen ignoriert werden.

Zeitraum: ab sofort für 4 bis 6 Monate; idealerweise schon ab KW40 (nächste Woche). Im Anschluss wäre auch eine unbefristete Übernahme der Wohnung (unmöbliert) möglich

Miete: 1250 € – alles inklusive

Was die Wohnung besonders macht:
• Top Lage: Super zentral in Köln Altstadt-Süd, direkt am Rhein, und unmittelbar in der Nähe des Schokoladenmuseums. Perfekte Joggingstrecke!
• Helle und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung: Hier wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet, sodass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt
• Neue Ausstattung: Erst im Dezember 2023 bezogen – die meisten Möbel (Bouclé-Sofa, Massivholzesstisch, ultra-bequeme Matratze, supersofte, cozy Teppiche, 65'' Samsung The Frame TV, etc.) sind neuwertig
• Stauraum: Platz für ca. 50 Paar Schuhe im Flur + großer PAX-Schrank im Schlafzimmer

Da ich nun beruflich nach Berlin umziehe und dort selber eine untermiete habe, vermiete ich sie für die Übergangszeit möbliert. Voraussichtlich ab Februar 2025 wird die Wohnung langfristig und unbefristet (unmöbliert) verfügbar sein.

Wen ich suche:
Ich wünsche mir jemanden, der nicht nur die Wohnung, sondern auch den besonderen Vibe zu schätzen weiß. Sauberkeit und respektvoller Umgang mit den Möbeln sind mir sehr wichtig, da ich viel Herzblut in die Einrichtung gesteckt habe.

Sublet in Cologne Südstadt – Central, lovingly furnished apartment

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a subtenant for my cozy, furnished apartment in the highly sought-after Cologne Südstadt. This place is a true gem – please read the ad carefully, as standard inquiries will be ignored.

Duration: 4 to 6 months starting ASAP, ideally from calendar week 40 (next week) onwards. After the sublet, you would also have the option to take over the apartment long-term (unfurnished).

Rent: 1250 € – all inclusive.

Who I’m looking for: I’d love to find someone who not only appreciates the apartment but also vibes with the atmosphere here. Cleanliness and respect for the furniture are really important to me, as I’ve put a lot of love into making this space special.
