Schickes, modisches Apartment in Krefeld

English: Our beautiful and completely renovated old building apartment, is in the heart of Krefeld-Hüls.
The approximately 50 square meter apartment is on the 1st floor of a 4-unit building. We furnished this apartment as sustainably as possible (since most of the furniture is either self-made or second-hand) and with great attention to detail.
German: After entering the apartment, you enter the hallway from which the individual rooms lead off. To the left of the entrance door is the daylight bathroom with a shower and a modern vanity unit. Opposite the entrance door is the bedroom with a 1.80m double bed and a wardrobe.
To the right of the entrance door you enter the approx. 30sqm living room with an open kitchen. The room has no door, but is open to the hallway.
The kitchen has a stove with four hotplates, an oven and a dishwasher.
It is possible to use the sofa bed in the living room as a sleeping option for two more people, but due to the open living concept, as already mentioned, you cannot close the door here!!!
For longer stays, the apartment is therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 people.
