Möblierte 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete bei Heilbronn

Hallo zukünftige Untermieter*in,

wir befinden uns von April bis August dieses Jahres in einer beruflichen Auszeit. Für diese Zeit suchen wir eine zuverlässige Person/Paar, die unsere moderne, möblierte Wohnung in Leingarten im Neubaugebiet ein Zuhause nennen dürfen und dabei auf unsere vielen Pflanzen, den Garten und die Wohnung gut aufpassen.

Die Wohnung hat einen großen, offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche inkl. Spülmaschine sowie ein Büro/Gästezimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC, separates
Gäste-WC, ein Schlafzimmer und bei Bedarf ein Klavier. Bodenheizung ist vorhanden sowie automatische Jalousien.

Vom Wohnzimmer geht ein großer Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sitzbank ab. Dieser führt in den Garten, welcher im Frühjahr/Sommer circa 1h Arbeit pro Woche erfordert.

Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche, in der unsere Waschmaschine & entsprechender Trockner zu Verfügung stehen. Sollte eine eigene Waschmaschine mitgebracht werden, gibt es hierfür auch einen weiteren Anschluss im Bad. Die Wohnung ist, bis auf den Zugang über die Treppe zum Garten, barrierefrei.

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr entspannt, hilfsbereit und familienfreundlich. Wir sind beide in der
Regel voll berufstätig, haben uns eine Sabbat-Auszeit genommen und wollen nun unsere
geschätzte Wohnung in dieser Zeit in guten Händen wissen und auch über die Zeit gerne in
Kontakt bleiben.

Wir sind aber offen über den genauen Zeitraum und Dauer zu sprechen. Die Miete liegt für uns aktuell bei etwa 1.000 € warm im Monat, wir wären aber auch mit weniger einverstanden. Wichtiger ist uns vielmehr, dass es menschlich zwischen uns passt und wir mit einem guten Gefühl reisen können. Kaution kommt nach Absprache dazu.

Der ein oder andere Kleinkram und Persönliches wird vorher natürlich weggeräumt – ansonsten, wenn du/ ihr Lust auf eine voll-möblierte Wohnung auf Zeit habt, freuen wir uns über Deine/eure Kontaktaufnahme & das gegenseitige Kennenlernen.

Hi there,
We are taking some time off work from April to August this year. We are looking for a reliable someone or couple, who would like to feel at home in our modern, fully furnished home and take care of our many plants, the garden and the flat during this time.

The flat has a big open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area (including dishwasher,microwave,oven,grill,...) aswell as an office/guestroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet room, bedroom and even a piano.

There is a lovely balcony leading off of the living room, with a bench, chair and table for lazy days in the sun. The balcony leads to the garden which requires about one hour of work a week during spring time.

In the cellar we have a washing machine and dryer that can be used. If you would be bringing your own washing machine there is another connection in the bathroom. The flat and house is completely barrier free and easily accessible for wheelchair users except for the access to the garden.

The neighborhood is a very friendly, helpful and child friendly neighborhood. We both usually work full time but have taken some time off to travel and would like to know that our flat is in good hands, who we can stay in touch with during this time.

We are open to talk about the exact times of rental. At the moment the rent is costing us around 1000€ (Including everything) but we are open to less. We will be asking for a deposit. Most importantly though we are looking for someone who we feel we have a great connection with and are happy to entrust our flat with so we can enjoy our travels.

The odd personal belongings will of course be moved and stored to give you space for your belongings. If you are interested in enjoying our cozy flat and keeping in touch with two travelers then we look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you.
