The flat sits in the southeast wing of an old heating plant. It's a bright and comfortable space with lots of windows, ceiling spotlights, wooden floor and a double-doored wind trap made of glass in the entrance area. Two rooms open towards the street. Bathroom, kitchen and sleeping room have windows towards the atrium. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub as well as two sinks. All rooms have a practical rectangular layout.
The apartment comes with access to a dry compartment in the building's basement as well as a bicycle cellar and a building exclusive access to a pier which allows access to the canal.
The apartment is located in Schleußig. The next public transport stop is only a few minutes away. There are a bunch of opportunities for grocery shopping as well as restaurants and pharmacies around and of course the Clara-Zetkin-Park which can also be reached easily by bike or by foot.
I am looking for someone to take the apartment over from me urgently since my roommate and I are moving out at the moment and would connect you with my landlord, who is also the owner of the apartment, if you're interested.
Since we are currently moving, there's no pictures yet but I can offer viewings from next week on and will put up pictures ASAP.
The apartment is flatshare friendly (max. 2 people).
