Wir haben mit viel Freude und Spaß aus einer alten Schuhmacherei eine offene Wohnung gemacht, die zum Verweilen einlädt.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Strasse, doch das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus und ist sehr ruhig.
Der VORTEIL:
Frühstück bei der Bäckerei Görtz oder mal ein libanesisches Frühstück bei "Die Zeder"? Nur eine Minute zu Fuß.

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet! Handtücher, Geschirr, Gläser, Bettdecken und-wäsche. Waschmaschine
Nur die Straße runter und ihr seid am Rhein. Joggen auf der Parkinsel. Im Sommer das Filmfestival besuchen. BASF, ABBVIE, Universität Mannheim, Fachhochschule Ludwigshafen alles ist in der Nähe und mit dem Rad erreichbar.( wir helfen euch gerne eins zu finden)
5 Minuten die Strasse runter gibt es den Bahnhof Ludwigshafen Mitte, von wo aus die Bahn nach Mannheim, Heidelberg etc abfährt.
Mit dem Rad sind es ca. 10 Minuten über die Brücke und schon seid ihr in Mannheim Innenstadt. Mit Bioläden, Szenekneipen und jede Menge Shopping Möglichkeiten.
Und über die Strasse gibt es ein italienische Eiscafé, Bäckereien, Bioladen, Ärztehaus und der Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

We have made with a lot of fun an old apartment out of an old shoemaker's shop .
The apartment is right on the street, but the bedroom is at the back and is very quiet.

The ADVANTAGE:
Breakfast at the Görtz bakery or a Lebanese breakfast at "Die Zeder"? Just a minute's walk.

The apartment is fully furnished! Towels, dishes, glasses, blankets and linen. Washing machine. Iron. Just down the street and you are on the Rhine. Jogging on the park island.
Visit the film festival in summer.

BASF, ABBVIE, University of Mannheim, University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen everything is nearby and accessible by bike.

5 minutes down the street is the Ludwigshafen Mitte train station, from where the train to Mannheim, Heidelberg etc. leaves.
It's about 10 minutes by bike over the bridge and you're in Mannheim city center. With organic shops, trendy bars and lots of shopping opportunities.
And across the street there is an Italian ice cream parlor, bakeries, health food store, medical center and the supermarket is only 5 minutes away.
