Hallo! In unserer sweeten Nachbarschaft in Neu Hagen wird eine Wohnung im Nachbarhaus frei - und wir, eine WG, die hier schon wohnt, dürfen mitentscheiden, wer einzieht! Wir haben Lust auf eine gemeinschaftliche Nutzung von Hof und Garten mit anderen sweeten linken (tendenziell) queer und/oder FLINTA* WGs.

Hier die Eckdaten:

- Einzugsdatum ist der 1.8. - es wird grad noch renoviert. Menschen könnten auch beim Renovieren mitmachen falls Bock (aber muss nicht).
- die Wohnung ist über den 1. und 2. Stock. Es gibt einen Dachboden.
- es gibt außerdem einen kleinen Vorgarten zur Straße vorne hin.
- miete kalt 970 €, wenn 4 menschen da wohnen warm wahrscheinlich zwischen 275 und 300 € pro person.
- die Vermieter wohnen auch direkt gegenüber von der Wohnung in einem Haus und sind Privatpersonen, kein größerer Anbieter. Sie sind unserer Einschätzung nach lieb.
- gegen Ende des Jahres wird noch eine andere Wohnung frei neben der, die jetzt frei wird, und dann gäbe es die Möglichkeit, insgesamt 4 cute WGs direkt beieinander zu haben, die sich alle auf dem gleichen Hof befinden✨

Hello! In our sweet neighborhood in Neu Hagen, an apartment in the house next door is becoming available - and we, an already established shared flat here, get to help decide who moves in! We'd like to share the courtyard and garden with other sweet leftist (mostly) queer and/or FLINTA* flatshares.

Here is the most important information:

- Move-in date is 1.8. - the flat is being renovated. People could also help with the renovation if they want to (but don't have to).
- the apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor. There is an attic.
- there is also a small front garden facing the street.
- rent cold 970 €, if 4 people live there warm probably between 275 and 300 € per person.
- the landlords also live directly opposite the apartment in a house and are private individuals, not a larger provider. In our opinion, they are nice.
- Towards the end of the year, another apartment will become available next to the one that is now vacant, and then there would be the possibility of having a total of 4 cute shared flats right next to each other, all located in the same courtyard✨
