For rent: A tiny cute house with studio in the city center of Maastricht.

The house is a typical Dutch historic building. It is very narrow but very high and deep.
The ground floor is empty. The floor and walls are white and there is a shop window. (Running a shop is officially allowed here.)

On the first floor is the very equipped kitchen, with a professional stove and two ovens. (In one of them you can grill your own chicken.)
The terrace attached to the kitchen is completely private, and quiet. It's directed to the south and makes the kitchen a sunny room all day long. The living room is a quiet and comfortable place. There is also a washing machine, a dryer, and a toilet on this floor.

On the second floor is the light bedroom, with big and qualitative bed, with window on the south. Furthermore here is the bathroom with shower as well as the dressing room.

On the attic a second bed is installed. It's a small and romantic place with a big roof window which gives access to the secret roof terrace, from which you can overlook the area.

The house is modestly furnished.
It's available through a one-year contract, which can be extended upon agreement. It suites a single person or a couple. Sharing with max 2 people is possible.
