Das Viertel Porta Romana liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet wunderbare Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines Türmanngebäudes (mit Aufzug) und verfügt über einen privaten, geschlossenen Balkon mit Stadtblick. Die Wohnung kann wöchentlich oder für den gesamten Zeitraum vom 15. Juni bis 15. August gemietet werden. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist komplett möbliert (Klimaanlage inbegriffen) um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten. Wir haben in der Wohnung seit über 10 Jahren gelebt und können Ihnen versichern, dass die Nachbarschaft ist sicher und das Gebäude ist ziemlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir sind bereit, einen ermäßigten Aufenthalt abhängig von der Zeit, die Sie mieten möchten - 500Euro/Woche, 800Euro/zwei Wochen, 1300/Monat. Alle Betriebskosten sind nur eine 100E Reinigungsgebühr enthalten, wird zur Summe hinzugefügt.

You can reach the city center (Duomo) in less than 10 minutes by metro line. The apartment is located in the "Lodi" district and is filled with many cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars. The Porta Romana district is a 10-minute walk away and features wonderful dining and shopping options.

The apartment is on the third floor of a doorman building (with elevator) and features a private, enclosed balcony with city views. The apartment can be rented weekly or for the entire period from June 15th to August 15th. It has been recently renovated and is fully furnished (air conditioning included) to make your stay more comfortable. We have lived in the apartment for over 10 years and can assure you that the neighborhood is safe and the building is quite and very accommodating.

We are willing to offer a discounted stay depending on the period you wish to rent the apartment - 500Euro/week, 800Euro/two-weeks, 1300/month. All utility costs are included only a 100E cleaning fee will be added to the total.
