Area of Munich North, is very close to the lake Lerchenauersee, a very green relaxing area. Also close in this area of Munich, are TUM Garching and LMU Munich with the metro U3, the companies O2, BMW and the OEZ shopping center ( = Olympia-Einkaufszentrum ).
Near also is the airport line S1( fast train ) directely to the airport or to the city center, Station Fasanerie you reach in 5-10 minutes.

Interior: there is all the furniture and equipment you need, Wifi and flatscreen TV with interantional cable channels.There is a large comfortable double bed, a extra double guest bed to unfold, a PC desk, a dining table, several shelves, chairs, built-in large wardrobe for cloth and shoes, bedding with linen, towels, etc.
Kitchen: all electrical appliances such as a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stove, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cookware, Nespresso machine, knifes and so on.
