I am looking for someone to rent my whole flat for August and half of September (not necessarily the whole period).
It is located in the heart of of the center, in the area Maxvorstadt and it is the best as all amenities are within a few minutes walk, as well as the U2 and busses. Walking distance to English garden and Marienplatz.
Flat is very sunny and spacious, overlooking the Innenhof. It is rented furnished, 2 double beds and a sofa couch available, the flat is 2.5 rooms.
There is a storage walk-in, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with EBK, Washing+Drying machine and a dishwasher, as well as a small hobby room.
