Sie ist sehr hell, die Nachmittagssonne scheint durch das Fenster. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne und die Küche neben den Wohnraum in ruhiger Giesinger Lage. Eine Waschtrockner ist vorhanden. Die Bushaltestelle der Nummer 145 ist um die Ecke, in 13 Minuten bist Du am Ostbahnhof oder in 8 Minuten bist du am Karl-Preis-Platz U2. In 8 Minuten zu Fuß an der S3 Haltestelle Fasangarten.Wenn Du eine ruhige Unterkunft für wenige Wochen suchst kontaktiere mich einfach.

Der angegebene Preis gilt für einem Monat. Je nach Dauer des Aufenthalts wird der Preis neu berechnet. 30 Euro pro Tag.
