Green Living im Westend

Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Westend mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Tramstation Barthstr. und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Donnersbergerbrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden (Feneberg, Vollcorner, Lidl, Hit, DM, Edeka, etc.). An Restaurants, Wirtshäusern und Bars mangelt es ebenfalls nicht. Ansonsten ist man allgemin ziemlich zentral angebunden (München Hbf ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit ÖPNV erreichbar.

from 18.02.2025 (flexible within reason) a beautifull Apartment of approx. 62 m² will be available in Guldeinstr for appr. 3 weeks (s.a.). The Apartment is fully furnished and has a lovely bedroht as well as an second living/office room which also has an extra sleeping bed. Therefore you can find plenty Desk Spaces as well as relax areas including a small Library. In addition to the rooms there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen and a wonderfully large south-west facing balcony for you to use.

The flat is located in the beautiful Westend (central location) with 5 minutes walk to the tram station Barthstr. and about 10 minutes walk to the Donnersbergerbrücke. There are numerous shopping facilities (Feneberg, Vollcorner, Lidl, Hit, DM, Edeka, etc.). There is also no shortage of restaurants, pubs and bars around.

I'm Sarah, 36 years old, a sustainability consultant and mechanical engineer. Sustainability is very important to me both in my professional as well as private life. Accordingly, I am looking to sublet my private Space to people that appreciate and share sustainable values. Both in terms of the ecological and social aspects. The apartment is equipped with sustainable energy, waste separation as well as sustainable (organic) food and cleaning products (which may be used). Smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the kitchen if you air regularly.

I will be visiting family abroad, hence the offer. Besides my passion for sustainable action & living, I have a diverse range of interests, such as dancing, yoga, hiking, crafting, and many more ... where good music should not be missing :) . Having a drink & eating delicious food are also regularly on the agenda. So in You Need ans recommendations, I might be able to help You out ;).
