I’m going to travel during 14th- 30th March, so im renting my place fully furnished for 1 month.
The flat was completely renovated just 2.5 years ago. It’s such a wonderful space, ideal for a couple or a small family. The house has one big main bedroom + living room and open kitchen. It also has 1 big bathroom, one small guest toilet, and a shoe room. The garden is perfect for summer. The heating is working perfectly. Overall it’s a fantastic home. The neighborhood is very silent and peaceful. 13 min. walk to passing Bahnhof and Arcaden shopping center. If you are interested, I’d love to hear from you! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Pasing train station is 13-14 minutes walking distance, 4 minutes if you go by bike. The train station is quite large. You can reach the city center every 3-4 minutes by S-Bahn. It takes 15 minutes to reach Marienplatz by S-Bahn or 7 minutes if you take the train to Hauptbahnhof. You can meet almost all your needs at the arcade shopping center at Pasing station.
The house is 10 minutes by bike from Nymphenburg Castle. Blutenburg Castle is 6 minutes by bike. The neighborhood is tranquil and safe. Usually, families live there. Our neighbors are lovely and helpful people.
