10.12 bis 20.02.2025 Zwischenmiete - Wohnung an der Hansastrasse

Hi everyone,
I’ll be out of town for 40 days between December 10th 2024 and January 20th 2025 and I'm looking for someone to rent my apartment during that time. No extensions are possible. Only renting out during the above stated time period.

The apartment is a two-room flat, bright and well-cut, conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Westendstrasse metro station and 10 minutes from Munich Central Station. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby.

I’m looking for someone who's clean and who takes care of the apartment like its theirs. No parties are allowed at the apartment.

The rent is 1350 euros per month. For the 40 days, 1800 euros. As the apartment is fully furnished, I will require a security deposit of €1000, which will be refunded upon return of the apartment in good condition.

ich bin für 40 Tage vom December 10th 2024 and January 20th 2025 nicht in der Stadt und suche für diesen Zeitraum einen Untermieter für meine Wohnung. Eine Verlängerung ist leider nicht möglich. Die Vermietung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf diesen Zeitraum.

Die Wohnung ist eine helle und gut geschnittene Zweizimmerwohnung, nur 3 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Westendstraße und 10 Minuten vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Gesucht wird jemand die, die Wohnung soll sauber gehalten und pfleglich behandelt werden. Feiern sind nicht erlaubt.

The Miete kostet 1350 pro Monat. Für die 40 Tage wird es 1800 euro. Da die Wohnung vollständig möbliert ist, benötige ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000 Euro, die bei Rückgabe der Wohnung in einwandfreiem Zustand zurückerstattet wird.
