schöne, helle Dachgeschlosswohnung in zentraler Lage (Untermiete)

Hallo zusammen,
wir bieten unsere Dachgeschosswohnung im November zur Untermiete an, da wir auf Reisen sind.
Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und erstreckt sich über 2 offene Etagen (Loft):
Unten Küche/Essbereich/Wohnzimmer und Bad und ein kleiner Balkon. Auf der offenen Galerie der Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett und eine Sport/Yogaecke:). Das Kinderzimmer (einziges abgetrenntes Zimmer) würden wir sperren. Falls ihr jedoch selbst kleine Kinder habt, schreibt uns gerne.
Die Wohnung ohne Kinderzimmer beträgt ca. 70 m2. Nebenkosten und Internet sind im Preis inbegriffen.

We are offering our loft for subletting in November, as we are traveling.
The apartment is flooded with light and extends over 2 open floors:
Downstairs kitchen/dining area/living room and bathroom and a small balcony. On the open gallery the sleeping area with double bed and a sports/yoga corner :). We plan to close off the children's room (the only separate room of the appartment). However, if you have a toddler, please write us to see if we can work things out.
The apartment without the children's room is approx. 70 m2. Utilities and internet are included in the price.
