Hey there! I’m looking for a flatmate to share my apartment with from 16 December for 3 to 6 months. The room is a comfy 24 m², perfect for singles or couples who need a short-term place.
KVR not possible !!
The apartment itself is 60 m² and has 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a nice little balcony. It’s on the 2nd floor in a building with a lift – easy access and just the right size!
A Little About Me:
I’m currently doing my PhD, so I spend a lot of my time on research. During the week, I’m usually busy with my work, but I love unwinding on the weekends. It would be nice to have a flatmate who’s up for relaxing together sometimes – maybe sharing a meal, chatting over coffee, or just having a relaxed evening in.
About the Location:
Just 10 minutes to Neuperlach Zentrum for shopping, dining, and more.
