The apartment is at a walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge (5 mins), Little Italy (15 mins), Soho (15 mins), 9/11 Memorial (20 mins), Wall Street (20 mins) and Battery Park (30 mins), from where you can take a ferry to the Statue of Liberty.

Keep in mind that "East Broadway" is the closest subway station which is a 6-8 minutes walk. But there's the M15 bus which is just on my corner (Catherine St and Madison St). It will take you all the way up on 1st Avenue to 125th Street. On the way back, it's pretty simple as well. You can take it anywhere on 2nd Avenue and it will take you again all the way down to the Catherine Street stop. And if you're looking for a nice NYC Transportation app I can recommend a very useful one called "Bus NYC" which brings you all bus stops and subway stations, maps, etc...

Obs. For check in after 10 pm there will be an extra charge of 20 dollars to be paid upon arrival.
