Looking for a flat from February to April ☺️

Hello! I will be attending a German language school in Bad Tölz on Monday and Friday for roughly 3 months. With this being said, my train connection will be BRB RB56 nach Lenggries.  Ideally on February till April 31st, however these dates are flexible. I am trying to reach an A2.2 German level, however my German is currently at A1.2 at best... which is why I'm writing in English! I am a 24-year-old social media manager here in Germany from the United States and I have a residence permit in Berlin, however I want to get out of the big city! I work from home so I'll be quiet in my room most of the time, typing away on my computer.

I like to go out to cafes with my computer quite often, and I enjoy cooking! I am a very clean and quiet roommate. If you're vegan or vegetarian, I could also only eat vegan/vegetarian upon request. I totally want to respect you! We can set up a phone call/Zoom call to meet, or I can possibly meet you in person — I just need to know ahead of time to buy train tickets.

I absolutely love cats, parrots, and antiques! I am not a party person but maybe once a month I'll go to Munich for a drink or two with some friends. If you have any questions/concerns feel free to reach out. I don't bite!

Ideally, the apartment will have a train connection to Bad Tölz.

Other things to note: I would like to pay in cash for my stay. I can provide proof of income/funds for my stay, of course! I don’t smoke or have animals.
