I am going abroad for a couple of months, that`s why I would like to rent my cute little apartment for 3 to 8 months (starting in April 2025) to a CLEAN and TRUSTWORTHY PERSON. If this is you, feel free to caontact me!

The apartment is cute and cozy in a historic landmark building under preservation (In German: "Altbau - denkmalgeschützt"). It is nicely decorated and has all amenities which you need to have a comformable stay. I constantly update and improve everything so you will have a wonderful home which you will love right from the beginning.

- 2 room apartment - 39 m² - (bedroom + living/dining area with integrated kitchen)
- completely furnished (mostly new furniture)
- fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, smart TV, microwave, dishes, cleaning robot, ...)
- new hardwood floor

RENT: 840 Euros WARM + SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1000 Euros

COLD RENT: 468 EUR (12 EUR x 39m2)

LOCATION:
It is located in Renningen-Malmsheim. If you are a making an internship for BOSCH - Renningen, that`s the perfect place for you. It is also easy to discover the nothern part of the black forest and the famous city Stuttgart. In just 3 minutes walking distance there is a regional train stop. This train line (German "S-Bahn" Line S6) takes you directly to the famous capital of Baden Württemberg in about 30 minutes depending which part of the city you wish to explore. Also other smaller but equally interesting cities like Calw, Böblingen and Sindelfingen can be reached quickly within 20-30 minutes.
