The double room in the private house, with a window overlooking the garden, very quiet and bright. It has the TV, the fan and WiFi.
My accommodation is close to Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Colosseum, Termini Station. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children are more senior than 7 years) and large groups.
Our house is located in the center of Rome, near the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Colosseum and the main Termini station. Just a few steps from the metro station line A, Re di Roma and Via Appia Nuova, with many shops, cafes and restaurants.
It has 4 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom and kitchen.
From the airports Fiumicino "Leonardo Da Vinci" and Ciampino: 35-40 min by bus to Termini station, then 5-10 minutes by metro line A, 4 stops, exit Re di Roma.
From Termini Station: 5-10 minutes by metro line A, 4 stops, exit Re di Roma.
We have a private house and we ask our guests to keep it clean and tidy. Noise after 10 pm, alcohol and drugs, drive strangers into the house without notice as and open the door to strangers are prohibited . We provide our guests with the keys to their rooms which they must return to the time of departure, and ask guests to watch their personal belongings!
