It's a newly build apartments. There are 2 rooms in apartments. One is 21,5 sq.m, another one is 14,6 sq.m. Kitchen is very light and has a balcony 12,2 + 3,5 sq.m. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with bath.
Kitchen is fully equipped. There are fridge, stove, washing machine etc. There is a living room and a bedroom. It would perfectly fit for a couple or family.
The house is located on a crossroad of ul. Akademika Pavlova and prospect Medikov. Very close to the bridge. It will take 5 min to reach a bus station from where you can go to the center or to Vasylievsky island. And it's around 15min walking distance to Petrogradskaya metro station. There is a shopping center, next to my apartments where you can find everything you need: food, electronics, cosmetics and so on. There are 2-3 restaurants with a nice view on the river and TV tower.
I'm searching for nice and neat people for this apartment. It could be expats, international students, couple or family. Apartments are totally new, that's why I really care to find very good tenants to rent out my flat.
