Nice, sweet, stylish comfortable apartment with eco-design. Ideal for those coming for the holiday as well as those having buisness in the central area of Saint-Petersburg.
Chairs, tables, racks and wardrobes, doors made of 100% natural and biologically clean oak. All the sofas and beds are covered with 100% natural leather. The floor is 100% natural oaken parquet, laid by the master who has worked on the floor in the State Hermitage. All in all, the apartment is designed to provide maximum comfort and enjoyable atmosphere, so that yo can feel yourself relaxed after a long day of sightseeing as well as hard buisness meeting.
Very beautiful and sweet district adjacent to the centre and just on the corner from Peter and Paul fortress - some 7 minutes walking! Only 5 minutes by feet to the nearest bus, as well as tram, as well as subway. It also takes only 15-20 minutes walking to Hermitage and Nevskiy! You can also take a taxi - for instance, Uber is operative in the area and will drive you around fast and cheap.
The Petrogradskiy district, in which the apartment is located, is one of the cosiest and oldest districts in the city. All the houses in the area are very different and very beautiful and represent the various world-famous architectural styles. The Alexandrovskiy park, where the Saint-Petersburg Zoo is situated, is literally two small roadcrosses away. You can take a sweet walk there or 100 meters in the other direction, where you can enjoy breathtaking and magnificent view over the lit-up city centre, including the Hermitage and Peter and Paul fortress - just unforgettable! There are also many shops and boutiques in the walking distance. You can easily find a place to sit down and have a lunch and/or coffee in the area, and there are also supermarkets and corner-shops nearby, totally satisfying for anybody including home-cookers.
The situation of the place allows sunshine in when it's sunny, making the place happily bright. There are however also curtains if you don't want any sun light. The house itself is also very beatiful and unique - it was projected by the talented Estonian-Russian architect Alexander Vladovsky, the student and appretince of the L. Benua (famous architect of many magnificent buildings like Hermitage Theatre), and adheres to the modern style.
**IMPORTANT!** We are looking for a long-term rental from 6 months.
It's a private property and there's no third-party like estate agencies, so individual contract details including price changes are possible.
