I will travel for about 6 weeks and wanna find one person or a couple to live in my beautiful vintage apartment close to the beach during this period.
I will rent the apartment for about 4-6 weeks. So, you can book the apartment either for the period mid of July til mid of August, or for six weeks.
I will not accept a booking just for August.
The apartment is really sunny, has cool vintage floors and furniture and a nice view at a square with palms and cafes.
It has two bedrooms, but I will rent out only with one bedroom and keep in the other room my personal staff. You can choose, which bedroom you wanna have. The price here on this website is for bed room II. If you take bed room I, it will be 10 Euro per week less.
Bed room I is 4,2m x 3,1m, has one big window (east) and a huge desk. It has an Ikea 135 bed and all the bedsheets you need with a brand new matrace and some other furnitures, see photos.
Bed room II is 4,3m x 3,3m, has an own balcony (east) and a big window (south). It has a self made bed of palets and a brand new matrace. Please see all the other furniture on the photos.
Also I provide you of course bedsheets and towels.
As the apartment has the windows and its two balconies to three different directions and is close to the sea (600 m) it has a really nice breeze, what is really important for summertime.
There is no dining table in the apartment, just the table in the sofa corner, you see on the photos.
The area is really cool for people, who like the alternative style. The beach is just 600 m away, here are some bars and cafes, but too many. It is not touristic at all, because it
is not very popular yet, but slowly, slowly it is becoming popular. Close to my house are some shops, a market, banks, restaurant, bus stations, bycicle stations.
Tram to town: 5 min walk
bus to town: 2 min walk
Metro to aeropuerto/university/town: 10 min walk
valenbici station (public bike): 1 min

The apartment is really vintage and needs a renovation, so, please don't something modern/new.
In front of the house are often gypsy people hanging around and singing/playing flamenco. If you wanna go to bed early, it might disturb you. But it is really nice o sit on the balcony and listen this music.

Deposit:
I will keep 50 Euro from the deposit, if you don't clean the apartment properly after your stay.
I will keep 50 Euro from the deposit in case you lose the keys.
I will keep 80 Euro from the deposit, if you wanna use the bike and lose or damage it.
If you damage something in the apartment, you can replace it or I will keep the amount to replace/fix the damage.
If none of this cases occur, I will transfer you the full amount immediately after arriving home.
