Ein Jahr lang habe ich diese Wohnung von Grund auf sanieren und renovieren lassen, und sie mit allem ausgestattet, was es für Design- und Qualitäts-Liebhaber braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Ich habe bei jeglicher Ausstattung und allen Materialien, inkl. Fliesen und Sanitär, auf die höchste Qualität geachtet. Die ca. 60m2 große Wohnung, die sich im 6. Stock befindet, weist folgende Besonderheiten auf:
- Wohnung über Aufzuganlage erreichbar
- Schallschutzfenster in allen Räumen
- In zwei Zimmern an der Wand befestigtes Klimagerät, das per Fernbedienung gesteuert werden kann (sehr hilfreich für heiße Sommertage!)
- Heizen kann man ebenfalls mit dem Klimagerät (neuste Technologie), und umweltfreundlichen Elektroheizkörpern, die per Fernbedienung oder Handy-App gesteuert werden können
- Designer-Fliesen im Vorraum (spanisches Mano Aero Design), Küche (Marmor-Arbeitsplatte), Badezimmer (weiße Marmoroptik)
- Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer und in der Küche (über Wand-Thermometer einstellbar)
- Die Räume wurden vor einem Jahr frisch gemalt, u.a. farbig.
- Die Küche ist weitgehend unbenutzt, und ebenfalls frisch ausgestattet:
o Backofen mit Dampfgarer-Funktion
o Design-Dunstabzug
o Großzügige Marmorarbeitsplatte in U-Form
o 4 Herdplatten
o Großes Waschbecken mit flexibler Wasserhahnbrause
o Großer Geschirrspüler
o Großer Kühlschrank
o Fußbodenheizung
- Hohes WC extra, inkl. Waschbecken
- Badezimmer: außergewöhnliches Zwei-Zimmer-Design: Zieht man den Duschvorhang zu, steht man in einer großen begehbaren Dusche (barrierefrei), zieht man den Vorhang auf, fühlt es sich an, als wäre man in einem anderen Raum, der folgendes zu bieten hat:
o Spiegelschrank
o Waschbecken mit Farbspiel-Wasserhahn
o Waschmaschine
o Stauraum für Schmutzwäsche



Zimmer 1: Klimagerät befindet sich in diesem Zimmer, und im Vorraum. Zimmer ist teilweise verfliest (Bereich vor dem französischen Balkon), Ausstattung: MADE-Tisch und 2 Sitzbänke, 2 Stühle, waldgrünes Sofa, Bücherregal, Bodengestell, Vollholz Schubladenkommode (Ablöse verhandelbar)

Zimmer 2: riesiger Kleiderschrank in nude grey, Schlafsofa, Wandspiegel mit Beleuchtung, Sitztruhe

Zimmer 3: leer

For a year, I have had this apartment completely refurbished and renovated from the ground up, equipping it with everything needed for design and quality enthusiasts to feel comfortable. I have paid attention to the highest quality in every aspect of the furnishings and materials, including tiles and sanitary ware. The approximately 60m2 apartment, located on the 6th floor, features the following special aspects:
- Accessible by elevator
- Soundproof windows in all rooms
- Wall-mounted air conditioning units in two rooms, which can be controlled via remote control (very helpful for hot summer days!)
- Heating is also possible with the air conditioning unit (latest technology) and environmentally friendly electric radiators that can be controlled via remote control or mobile app
- Designer tiles in the entrance area (Spanish Mano Aero design), kitchen (marble countertop), and bathroom (white marble look)
- Underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen (adjustable via wall thermostat)
- The rooms were freshly painted a year ago, including some in color.
- The kitchen is largely unused and also freshly equipped:
- Oven with steam cooker function
- Designer extractor hood
- Generous U-shaped marble countertop
- 4 cooking plates

- Bathroom: extraordinary two-room design: Pulling the shower curtain, you find yourself in a large walk-in shower (barrier-free); opening the curtain feels like being in a different room, which offers the following:

o Storage space for dirty laundry

Room 1: There is an air conditioning unit in this room and in the anteroom. The room is partially tiled (area in front of the French balcony). Furnishings include a MADE table and 2 benches, 2 chairs, a forest green sofa, a bookshelf, a floor stand, and a solid wood drawer chest (negotiable compensation).

Room 2: Huge wardrobe in nude grey, sleeper sofa, wall mirror with lighting, storage bench.

Room 3: Empty.
