Ab 01.03.2020 ist meine kürzlich renovierte Altbau Wohnung befristet auf 3 Jahre zu mieten (Eintrittsdatum ab Mitte Februar möglich).

Die 58m2 große Wohnung teilt sich wie folgt auf:
• 2 separat begehbare Zimmer (1 Schlafzimmer mit ca. 17,2 m2 & 1 Wohnzimmer mit ca. 19,9 m2)
• 1 separate Küche
• 1 Abstellraum mit eingebaute Regale
• 1 Badezimmer mit WC
• 1 Kellerabteil (Altbau )
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock (Lift mitbenutzbar gegen entsprechende Erhöhung der Betriebskosten, ca. 22 EUR/Monat).
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung orientiert sich nach Norden hin, ist aber lichtdurchflutet, da sich die zahlreichen Fenster auf einen großen hellen Innenhof hin orientieren.
Warmwasser und Heizung durch Gastherme (neu eingebaut 2019).

From the 01.03.2020, my recently renovated “Altbau” apartment can be rented for a limited period of 3 years (entry date possible from mid-February).

The 58 m2 apartment is divided as follows:
• 2 separately accessible rooms (1 bedroom with approx. 17.2 m2 & 1 living room with approx. 19.9 m2)
• 1 separate kitchen
• 1 storage room
• 1 bathroom with toilet
• 1 cellar compartment (old building)

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator can be used against a corresponding increase in operating costs, approx. EUR 22 / month).
The apartment is very quiet. The apartment faces north, but is flooded with light as the numerous windows face a large, bright courtyard.
Hot water and heating by gas central heating system (newly installed in 2019).
