Minimum rental period will be 6 months - can be extend to one year max. The total rent is 590€/ per month all inclusive. Means all extra cost (e.g. internet, water, electricity, heating) are included.. The security bond will be the amount of one rent - equals the amount of 590€.
Applications should include at least a short CV with an idea for how long you would like to rent the apartment (honest considered renal period would be helpful) and payment checks of the last three months (students need a guarantor).

Do we do the "Anmeldung". --> Sure!!! Please don't ask. That should be common and is obligated by goverment law.

The 26m² apartment is completely furnished and contains everything you need (a queen sized bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchen and a desk). The apartment comes with a big mirror, shelves and a wardrobe as well. There is also a separate bathroom including a shower.

The apartment is ideal for non-smoking students or expats, who need a room from where they can look for a long term flat and get sorted in Berlin. It is also interesting for emerging startup companies that need to give their new employees a place to live. All renters are welcome, especially expats, students or business people. Due to it's size the apartment is NOT suitable or alllowed for couples or more than one person or unfortunately people with animals as there is not even a balkony.

We, the landlords, a middle-aged couple from Berlin living in the back house. We are fair, tolerant and respectful people providing you with the full privacy for your live in your new flat. We do expect the same from you. Over the last years we always had happy tenants from all over the world. After receiving your application we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a viewing with you. No skype or video viewings - face to face only.

The house residents are quiet and peaceful. It is located 2 minutes form the Görlitzer Park, where you can have a barbeque, jog or relax. There are cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance 5 minutes from the house.
The station S-Treptow, Underground station U1 Schlesisches Tor and a number of bus stations are located in walking distance. As is the river Spree, a number of night clubs and the Arena-Berlin.
