The location is unbeatable – central in Kreuzberg, close to many bars and restaurants, and near the U-Bahn stations U1 Görlitzer Bahnhof and U8 Kottbusser Tor. The green Mariannenplatz is right behind the house.

The monthly rent is 850€, including all costs. Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed. Visitors are welcome, but only 1 permanent resident.
