The flat is fully furnished with a small balcony, sofa, 160 bed, bathroom and kitchen. I will be gone for bit and want to rent out my flat for that period of time. No long term rent and no anmeldung. Just for a short stay or while looking for a permanent flat. Ideal for 1-2 persons.

Total price each month is 800€ with all costs like internet, electricity, warm water, GEZ, TV (you need your own netflix or amazon account tho) and using all my stuff included. Note that its best suitable for someone who‘s out a lot during the day as there will be some construction work in the house which might be disturbing for remote work from home. No guarantee how quiet or loud it‘ll be but between 8pm-8am it should be alright no matter what

Lage

Located in the center of Berlin, the nearest Ubahn is U6 Checkpoint Charlie/Kochstrasse and S Anhalter Bahnhof as well as the bus lines M41 and M29 which take you to either Charlottenburg, Hauptbahnhof (central station) or Neukölln. Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz in walking distance

Sonstiges

Please be aware that I live here most of the time, so there will be a lot of personal stuff in my flat that I need you to respect. I will clear out closet space and some space in the bathroom for you though. Smoking not allowed inside the flat or on the balcony. No parties please - respect the neighbors. No pets as I‘m allergic.
