The flat is fully furnished with a small balcony, sofa, 160 bed, bathroom and kitchen. I will be gone for a week and want to rent out my flat for that period of time. No long term rent and no anmeldung. Just for a short trip or while visiting Berlin. Ideal for 1-2 persons.

Please be aware that I live here most of the time, so there will be a lot of personal stuff in my flat that I need you to respect. I will clear out closet space and some space in the bathroom for you though. Smoking not allowed inside the flat or on the balcony. No parties please - respect the neighbors. No pets as I‘m allergic.
