Full access to the kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher & washing machine) and to the bathroom (with bathtub :-)
The flat will be shared with a quiet and friendly male student.
Drug use and smoking are strictly prohibited in the room and in the whole flat.
Discretion with alcohol is requested.
No pets allowed (house rules)

the flat will be shared with a very friendly young man, who studies during the day at the university.
as this is a short term sublet, my things will stay in the room, and space will be freed up for your belongings.
you will have a whole closet for your things and 3 big drawers and a small computer table to work.
there are weights, a yoga mat and a kettle bell. the room is spacious enough to work out.
the room is towards the back, with a very nice view on a big tree.
*shall i need to come back to Germany temporarily during that period, I will stay in my flat and sleep in my meditation room.
