I’m looking for a flatmate who likes dogs as we have a wonderful (and very friendly) Labrador in the household.
The room available is fully furnished with a comfortable bed and a high-quality mattress. The apartment itself is well-maintained and has all the amenities you need, including fast internet, electricity, and TV fees—all covered in the rent.
There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as induction cooking and two fridges!
Located at the edge of Friedrichshain, you’ll be close to the heart of one of Berlin’s most vibrant neighborhoods, while still enjoying a more quiet neighborhood to call home. While technically in Lichtenberg, Friedrichshain is just 3 minutes walking away. We’re also super well-connected with public transport with access to the Ring train!
If you’re interested in joining a cozy, dog-friendly flatshare, send me a message and we can arrange a time for you to check it out!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Public transport is conveniently close, with Frankfurter Allee U-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away. You'll be staying right on the edge of Friedrichshain and Lichtenberg, with easy access to great bars, restaurants, and clubs, whether you prefer walking or using public transport. Frankfurter Allee offers both subway and metro lines, as well as two tram lines.
We value mutual respect and understanding in this flatshare. Socializing is welcome, but personal space is important too. You don’t need to ask in advance to have friends over, but please communicate if it will be noisy or a longer visit. Late-night noise should be kept to weekends, unless it’s a rare special occasion. Everyone shares household chores equally, following a weekly cleaning schedule.
Residency registration is possible after landlord approval. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, but access requires going through a flatmate's room, so it may not always be available. Since we have a dog, it's important that you're comfortable around dogs or open to getting used to them if you don't have much experience.
