Mein WG-Zimmer ist frei für die nächsten drei Monate, da ich in der Zeit auf dem Land wohnen werde. Mit in der WG wohnt Gaya, eine 23-jährige Masterstudentin aus Indien, die gern kocht, Fahrrad fährt, tanzt, Gesellschaftsspiele spielt und rundum angenehm ist. Im April wird vsl. auch Silas (21) in der WG wohnen, nachdem er aus der Schweiz wiedergekommen ist und bevor er sich aufmacht nach Südamerika. Danach werde ich vielleicht ab und zu in dem dritten Zimmer übernachten. Ich bin 46 und die Mama von Silas :-)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett 160×200, Platz für Kleidung und einem Regal. Die Wohnung ist im EG mit großer Terasse. Das Zimmer ist hinten raus zur Terrasse (also nicht zur Straße hin!) Von uns aus sind es 2 min zum Bhf. Nöldnerplatz, 10 min zum Ostkreuz. Hier gibts viel Grün, die Rummelsburger Bucht, der Friedrichshain ist ganz nahe und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch einen kleinen Bioladen gibts in unserer Straße.
My room in the shared flat is free for the next three months, as I will be living outside Berlin during this time. Gaya, a 23-year-old Master's student from India, who likes cooking, cycling, dancing, playing board games and is all-round pleasant, lives with you in the shared flat. Silas (21) will probably also be living in the shared flat in April, after he returns from Switzerland and before he leaves for South America. After that, I might stay in the third room from time to time. I am 46 and the mom of Silas :-)
The room is furnished with a 160×200 bed, space for clothes and a shelf. The apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace. The room is at the back to the terrace (so not to the street!) From us it is 2 min to the station Nöldnerplatz, 10 min to Ostkreuz. There is a lot of green here, the Rummelsburger Bucht, the Friedrichshain is very close and many shopping facilities. There is also a small organic food store in our street.
Zur S-Bahn sind es 2 min zu Fuß. Im Kiez sind mehrere nette Restaurants und Imbisse, indisch, asiatisch, türkisch, deutsche Küche. 5 min entfernt gibt es einen Bioladen. Kaufland und Netto sind 10 min zu Fuß. Das Kaskel-Kiez ist ein schönes Altbau-Viertel an der Grenze zu Friedrichshain.
Du wohnst zusammen mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Gayathri, 23. Sie macht gerade ein Master-Studium in Soziologie an der FU. Gaya kocht gern indisches Essen (vegetarisch), malt, und fährt Fahrrad. Mit ihr zusammenzuwohnen ist sehr gesellig und angenehm.
