Wiebke also studies politics at the University of Duisburg Essen in the second semester. She likes to go out with friends and likes to listen to music.

Julia studiert im fünften Semester Menschzentrierte Informatik & Psychologie an der Uni Duisburg Essen. Sie liest und kocht in ihrer Freizeit gerne und ist unternehmenslustig. Wiebke studiert im zweitem Semester Politik auch an der Uni Duisburg Essen. Sie mag es mit Freunden raus zu gehen und hört gerne Musik.
Wir sind warmherzige und offene Menschen und sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsam die Abende miteinander, gehen gerne zusammen raus oder kochen gelegentlich gemeinsam.

A regulated income is desired, so gladly share with the funds you will finance the rent. If this is not present, a rental guarantee of a working parent or the like in the amount of 2 KM is desired. The deposit is then only 1 KM.
Every renter has a separate lease. This has the advantage on the part of the renter not to act as a total debtor if another renter should not comply with its financial obligations.

Replacement of WG rental persons even without compliance with the 3-month period is possible if a successor presented to the landlord enters the (individual) rental contract.

Ein geregeltes Einkommen wird erwünscht, teile also gerne mit, welchen mit Finanzmitteln du die Miete finanzieren wirst. Wenn das nicht vorliegt, ist eine Mietbürgschaft eines arbeitenden Elternteils o.ä. in Höhe von 2 KM erwünscht. Die Kaution beträgt dann nur 1 KM.
Jede Mieterin hat einen separaten Mietvertrag. Das hat mieterseits den Vorteil, nicht als Gesamtschuldner zu fungieren, falls eine andere Mieterin ihren finanziellen Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommen sollte.

Auswechseln von WG-Mietpersonen auch ohne Einhaltung der 3-Monate-Kündigungsfrist ist möglich, wenn eine dem Vermieter vorgestellte Nachfolgeperson in den (Einzel-)Mietvertrag eintritt.
