Hello, future housemate!
We’re searching for a wonderful person to join our cozy little flatshare of two (soon to be three, including you!). One important thing—you’d be taking over as the main tenant, so we’re looking for someone ready to manage the lease. The room is available now.
What we’re looking for:
We’d love someone who’s reliable, respectful, and ready to take on the role of the main tenant. This means being comfortable managing the lease and also stuff like communicating with the landlord when needed. Of course we will also support you if there would be trouble. Other than that, just bring your energy and be yourself!
Also its very important for us, that its clear what a safe space means for queer folks, and that everybody feels comfortable and respected within all parts of living together.
The room and details:
It’s a bright, cozy space where you can really make yourself at home, with enough room for all your essentials. You can hear singing birds from your window, facing calmy courtyard. But it has a sloping roof on one side.
The rent is around €350 per month, included shared utilities. The apartment has nearly everything you’ll need: WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, as well as a basement and attic. There’s no balcony, so smoking indoors is allowed, but we mostly do it in our rooms.
A little about us:
We’re an international, queer-friendly flatshare that values creating a warm, inclusive, and safe space for everyone. Respect, kindness, and open-mindedness are at the heart of our home, and we’d love to welcome someone who shares these values. If you’re feminist, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and embrace diversity, you’ll fit right in! Sara is studying environmental science and I Louanne made my bachelor exam in Art history this year.
In everyday life, we’re two friendly, easygoing individuals who enjoy relaxed evenings and the occasional tea catch-up. We also adore our plants, so if you’re a fan of greenery, that’s a big plus! Besides that we try our best to keep the whole place clean including a cleaning schedule.
