Im Moment finden Bauarbeiten an dem Haus statt. Hierbei wurde das Gebäude um ein Stockwerk erhöht, diese Arbeiten sind aber fast abgeschlossen. Im nächsten Zug soll die Außenwand neu gedämmt werden und ein paar andere Mängel beseitigt werden, was unsere Nebenkosten in Zukunft senken wird. Aufgrund der Bauarbeiten und dessen Folgen haben wir demnach gerade eine Mietminderung von 30%.
