With cat and garden: 2 cozy rooms incl. kitchen, fully furnished!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen kleinen Seitenstraße nahe beim Universitätsklinikum und Campus Großhadern. Für Fahrten dorthin stellen wir dir gerne ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung.
Supermärkte wie Penny, Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi usw. sind leicht zu erreichen.
Auch gibt es mehrere Biergärten, Restaurants und Imbissbuden in der Nähe.
Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man in 20 Minuten die Innenstadt: Zu Fuß geht man etwa 2 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle der Linie 54 mit Verbindung zur U6 Station Partnachplatz oder man läuft etwa 10 Minuten zur nächstgelegenen U6-Haltestelle Haderner Stern.
In dieser idyllischen Wohnlage verbinden sich die Vorteile der Großstadt mit den Annehmlichkeiten des Landlebens: Naturnähe, Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit im Grünen. Das nächste Waldgebiet Forstenrieder Park und die herrliche Landschaft um Starnberger See und Ammersee sind mit Auto oder Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.

The house is in a quiet little side street, near the LMU university hospital and the Großhadern campus (1-1,5 km distance). To go there we can provide a bicycle for you if you like.
Supermarkets such as Penny, Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi, etc. are easily accessible.
There are also several beer gardens, restaurants, and snack bars nearby.
The city center can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport.
It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the next bus stop on line 54, which connects to the U6 Partnachplatz underground station, or you can walk about 10 minutes to the nearest U6 stop, Haderner Stern.
In this idyllic residential area, the advantages of the big city are combined with the amenities of country life: close to nature, peace and tranquility in the countryside. The nearest forest area, Forstenrieder Park, and the beautiful landscape around Starnbergersee and Ammersee can be reached quickly by car or bicycle.

Elisabeth and Martin (60+), friendly and open-minded academics are retired on the ground floor. Martin studied chemistry and worked for a long time as an IT specialist. Elisabeth is a literary scholar and worked in publishing and private schools.

Our Kater Strolchi (four years old) is gentle and friendly. He has a cat flap and can go in and out in the house as he wants. During the day he likes to sleep on a cozy place, at night he usually goes on adventure and mice hunting. If we're not here, he wants to be fed in the morning and in the evening and maybe give you a little company or play with you. If he has trusted, he will be happy to caress and whistle.

In the summer half year, we spend about every second week in our holiday home in the Bavarian Forest (we usually take the cat with it) Otherwise we also like to travel several times a year for a few weeks (then we leave the cat).
If we're not here, you live in the house alone. If we're home, we'll use the bathroom on the first floor together.
We can then occasionally eat together or sit together for a glass of wine or beer in the evening. Maybe we'll grill in the garden sometime, if it turns out. Otherwise, we respect the privacy of the other. We don't often have visits and just celebrate birthdays of small parties. Sometimes a little piano is played, but in general it is rather calm.

Our tomcat Strolchi (four years old), is gentle and friendly. He has a cat flap and can come and go as he pleases. During the day, he likes to sleep in a cozy spot; at night, he often goes on adventures and hunt mice. When we're not there, he wants to be fed in the morning and evening and maybe keep you company or play with you. After getting to know someone he so enjoys being petted and purrs while doing so.

Otherwise, we like to travel several times a year for a few weeks (then the cat stays at home). When we are away, you would live in the house on your own. When we are home, we share the bathroom on the second floor. We could occasionally eat together or drink a glass of wine or beer in the evening if you like or have a barbecue in the garden, every now and then. Otherwise, we each respect other's privacy. We don't often have visitors and only celebrate small parties for birthdays. Sometimes we might play the piano, but in general it is rather quiet in our house.

Im Erdgeschoss wohnen Elisabeth und Martin (60+), freundliche und aufgeschlossene Akademiker im Ruhestand. Martin hat Chemie studiert und lange Zeit als IT Spezialist gearbeitet. Elisabeth ist Literaturwissenschaftlerin und war im Verlagswesen und an Privatschulen tätig.

Unser Kater Strolchi (vier Jahre alt) ist sanft und freundlich. Er hat eine Katzenklappe und kann im Haus ein- und ausgehen, wie er möchte. Tagsüber schläft er gerne an einem gemütlichen Plätzchen, nachts geht er meist auf Abenteuer und Mäusejagd. Wenn wir nicht da sind, möchte er morgens und abends gefüttert werden und dir vielleicht ein bisschen Gesellschaft leisten oder mal mit dir spielen. Wenn er Vertrauen gefasst hat, lässt er sich auch gerne streicheln und schnurrt dabei.

Im Sommerhalbjahr verbringen wir etwa jede zweite Woche in unserem Ferienhaus im bayerischen Wald (dorthin nehmen wir den Kater meistens mit) Ansonsten verreisen wir auch gerne mehrmals im Jahr für einige Wochen (dann lassen wir den Kater da).
Wenn wir nicht da sind, wohnst du allein im Haus. Wenn wir zu Hause sind, benutzen wir das Bad im ersten Stockwerk gemeinsam.
Gerne können wir dann gelegentlich gemeinsam essen oder abends mal zu einem Glas Wein oder Bier zusammensitzen. Vielleicht grillen wir auch hin und wieder im Garten, wenn es sich so ergibt. Ansonsten respektieren wir die Privatsphäre des anderen. Wir haben nicht oft Besuch und feiern nur zu Geburtstagen kleine Partys. Manchmal wird ein wenig Klavier gespielt, aber im Allgemeinen geht es eher ruhig zu.
