Hello,
we have a room in our beautiful house with large garden about 1km outside of Münster/ Albachen free.
From the location we are off-site, supermarkets, railway station and other facilities of daily life in the districts of Albachten and Roxel are only one kilometre away and can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We're just as far away as it looks rural :-) Even the city centre is not really far away by bike, bus or train.
Since we have recently lived here as WG together, there is always something to do in the house and in the garden, so that it would be great if you want to bring you here. Of course, that doesn't mean that you can't even retreat if you want to have a rest. Since the bedrooms are on the upper floor and the actual WG life takes place at the bottom of the garden, the kitchen or the large living room, one can practically decide according to the pleasure and mood after which one is straight.
We live here for four and are all professional and 26 to 41 years old.
In the house there are 2 complete bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room with wood stove, 3 terraces, one of which is covered, a large garden with berries and fruit trees, a fireplace, a small but well equipped workshop, a bicycle shed and a vegetable garden. Dogs would also be very welcome and would have a nice life here thanks to the large garden, beautiful forests and hiking trails in the area and pet-loving roommates.
My daughter lives at times with me, which can fill the house in a very nice way with life, but also with a certain noise scene or lying toys (but she can also deal quietly in her room if someone needs rest).
