Our apartment is located in Papenburger Straße / Ecke zum Hansaring. It is located in the 1st floor, has airy high ceilings and is designed with old flooring.
The room window is located to the courtyard of the block. So you hardly hear traffic noise. The sun shines in the room from spring. In the room there is a large desk - as a feature you have the choice between 2 bed mattresses!
Otherwise we have a large kitchen with oven, stove and dishwasher (!), a multi-plant balcony, bathroom and a cellar with storage room as well as our own washing machine.

Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Papenburger Straße / Ecke zum Hansaring. Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock, hat luftige hohe Decken und ist mit altem Dielenboden ausgelegt.
Das Zimmerfenster befindet sich zum Innenhof des Block. Daher hört man kaum Verkehrslärm. Die Sonne scheint ab Frühling abends ins Zimmer. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großer Schreibtisch - als Feature hast Du die Wahl zwischen 2 Bettmatratzen!
Ansonsten haben wir noch eine große Küche mit Ofen, Herd und Spülmaschine (!), einen vielbepflanzten Balkon, Badezimmer und einen Keller mit Abstellraum als auch eigener Waschmaschine.
