Your room will be the smallest of the four rooms.
Our Wg does not have heating, three of the rooms are heated by fireplaces. Your room has neither a heating nor a fireplace, and a heater is available.
There are 350€ fittings included in the wardrobe, desk, storage cabinet, shelf, curtain+bar, changing the room door lock and professional basic cleaning at the beginning of October. See Figure 4.
The Rewe ski jump is 5 minutes walk away, the Yorkzenter 5 minutes by bike. The apartment is located between the bus stops Nordplatz and Hoyastraße, from there are lines 15, 16 and N81.
You will live with Helene, Jordis and Ujju. Helene is training. Jordis studied. Ujju is employed and currently with her parents in India. You'll only get to know Ujju after your move.
Since we all have different daily routines, our WG lives are centered on the evenings. Whether it is common cooking or cleaning, on a beer in the pub or the tipping on our balcony, we do everything to not become a purpose WG.
