Das Zimmer ist eins von drei Zimmern im 2. OG eines WG-Hauses mit insgesamt drei Wohngemeinschaften.
Es hat zwei Fenster (Ost- und Südseite), sodass man viel Licht hat und gut lüften kann.
Außerdem gibt es durch den Einbauschrank mit integriertem Kleiderschrank sehr viel Stauraum.
Die Dachschräge ist nicht störend.
Für die beiden Fenster hat die Vormieterin Vorhänge für ca. 340 Euro maßanfertigen lassen. Sie können für einen etwas geringeren Preis gerne übernommen werden, verhandeln möglich.
Quiet location. Behind the house is a garden (which unfortunately cannot be used), in front of the house is a barely driven aerial road. The main road with bus and subway is a cross road, but hardly to hear.
The stop Eltinger Straße (U2, U9 and Bus 91) is reached in 1min.
Underground is just 15 minutes in the city centre (city center with S-Bahn connection, Charlottenplatz, Hbf). The bus is also approx. 15 minutes at the university in Vaihingen or in Feuerbach.
Even at night, the stops are still well hit.
On the anliegerstraße you will find a parking lot without searching.
On foot are Lidl, Edeka, Apotheken, Bäcker, Post, Buchhandlung, Cafés, Doctors etc. in ca. 5 minutes.
Music students with relaxed coexistence. Sometimes it is practiced, so shouldn't bother you. If you're a musician, you're perfect for us.
It is important to us that we understand well that everyone feels comfortable that it also fits humanly.
The two roommates are 21 and 22 years old and study both music and German at Lehramt.
Julia has as main subject oboe, is a very open person, likes to read and drinks coffee.
Mirjam has saxophone as the main compartment, is an open person and likes to jog.
There's a cleaning plan where we change. Certain things for cooking and kitchen utensils can be used together by arrangement.
In the hall there is a small table where you can eat together.
