We rent in our WG an old building room of about 21 sqm and 3.20 m high ceilings.
I will leave for work, which is why Marcello is looking forward to social growth for his professional activities.
The room it is about is unfurnished. If necessary, I can provide two ivar shelves and a bed for replacements. A basement and a bicycle cellar are unfortunately no longer available due to a water damage.

There is a large hall and a large kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are separate. We also have a spacious balcony to the green backyard. (See pictures), which in summer will be used as a comfortable dining room.
The room costs €530 (from August by a staff rental €540 + €120 extra charge per nose. This is supposed to be a lot per person and most of the time we got a refund out in the end.

Wir vermieten in unserer WG ein Altbauzimmer von ca 21 qm und 3,20 m hohen Decken.
Ich werde berufsbedingt ausziehen, weshalb sich Marcello wieder auf geselligen WG-Zuwachs für seine Berufstätigen- WG freut.
Das Zimmer um das es geht ist unmöbliert. Bei Bedarf kann ich jedoch zwei Ivar-Regal und ein Bett gegen Ablöse zur Verfügung stellen. Ein Kellerraum und ein Fahrradkeller sind leider wegen eines Wasserschadens absehbar nicht mehr vorhanden.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen und gut erhaltenen Dielenholzboden, der der Wohnung ihren unwiederstehlichen Charme verleiht. Ebenso der Steinboden in der Küche mit Gasherd/ Ofen.
Es gibt einen großen Flur und eine große Küche. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Daneben haben wir einen geräumigen Balkon zum grünen Hinterhof raus. (Siehe Bilder), der im Sommer gern zum gemütlichen Esszimmer umfunktioniert wird.
Das Zimmer kostet 530€ (ab August durch eine Staffelmiete 540€ + 120€ Nebenkostenvorauszahlung pro Nase. Das ist pro Person vermeintlich viel und meist bekamen wir eine Rückzahlung am Ende wieder raus.

Es gibt keine "Kehrwoche", jedoch einen überschaubaren Putzplan, dessen Einhaltung das Zusammenleben erleichtert.
Einmal im Jahr ( meist August) erreicht uns eine Betriebskostenabrechnung, bei der der Hausstrom, Müllgebühren, Hausmeister- Reinigungsdienst ect. pro Kopf umgerechnet ca 100€ ausmacht.
Pendler werden bevorzugt, denn auch Marcello ist oft unterwegs. Gesucht wird ein interessanter und umgänglicher Mitbewohner/in, der/die gern unterwegs ist, aber auch ein gemütliches Zuhause schätzt.
Über die gemeinsame Nutzung eines Gästezimmers kann verhandelt werden.
Für angeschaffte Haushaltsgeräte gibt es eine Ablöse von 250 €.
Das Gebiet wird manchmal zu "Ost" gerechnet, was jedoch nicht korrekt ist, denn es ist viel näher an Mitte als an Ost.
