Hello potential new roommates,
We're looking for a new roommate in our 3rd WG. Total rental 500 is included in both rooms.
It is reasonably priced including both rooms (warm and with everything - including gas, and electricity - about 500 euros plus internet).
The apartment is equipped with everything: washing machine, various kitchen utensils, coffee maker clothes off, etc. pp.
The location of the apartment is optimal and supermarkets, public transport and other utility facilities are within walking distance. Shops and transport connections (U4, U9, Bus 45/42/40) can be reached in about 2 minutes. In the city centre you can use a bike in the nude and walk only 15-20 minutes. Additional Plus: For Daimler employees there is a direct connection to the Mercedes-Benz Museum (Bus 42).
Other
The room can be rented unfurnished or furnished (preferably) with small costs for furniture once.
Furniture
I would like to sell the whole furniture of the room, except for the work table and chair. TV can also be purchased. All for 400€. Renting without furniture is also possible.
Both roommates are professional, work full-time and are lively.
