Our apartment extends over two floors:

UG: Here you will find your room, your bathroom and the room and bathroom of another room. In the hallway there is a closet that we all use together – ideal for things that are not needed daily.

Above: Here is the large communal area with open kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher, washing machine and even an extra beer fridge. In addition to enough storage space for kitchen utensils, there is still room for things you prefer to store up.
From the common room you have access to our small garden with terrace. Here are a table and chairs ready – perfect for grilling in the summer, sitting outside or trying in gardening if you like.

Your room is in the basement. It's cozy and offers you everything you need to feel comfortable. Right next door you have your own large bathroom – perfect to finish yourself in peace. You can also take advantage of the hallway in front of your room, where a common closet offers additional storage space and additional space for a shoe rack or clothes hook. This gives you even more flexibility to accommodate your stuff.
If possible, the desk should be taken over.

Our WG is centrally located in Plieningen:

2 minutes walk to net, a baker, butcher, other shops, a pharmacy and the bus stop.
Everything important is in direct proximity – practical and convenient for everyday life.

We are Johanna and Johnny, both 24 years old and study agricultural sciences at the University of Hohenheim. We have a friendlyly founded WG and spend a lot of time together – whether during cooking, bullying or simply chilling in the living room. We keep up a lot in the common living room and work here in part. Johanna loves to read and try new recipes while Johnny is active in Calisthenics and fitness and sports are his passion. We have a very relaxed and open relationship with each other and, of course, respect each time you need time.
Pets are allowed with us (with agreement), and so far a dog has also lived here.

Rent: 545 Euro incl. Additional costs and Internet (Note: We would have to revise the internet contract in the near future as it has become more expensive.)

Entrance: From 1 April or after consultation possible.

Desk: Can be taken if you want.

Pets: possible, but by arrangement.

Parking: A private parking is available and is shared by the WG.

Other furniture could be taken over by the roommate who pulls out. You can talk about it and exchange photos. The transfer of various furniture and, for example, the washing machine must then also be discussed again.

With regard to the required documents, it is also possible to talk when learning.
